Welcome to our 6 bedroom, 5.5. bathroom (4 en-suite), luxurious villa with an oversized West facing pool, deck and spa on the Watersong Resort. Our villa has been internally designed by a leading interior designer and will give you that true resort feeling so if you are looking for a touch of luxury and elegance then this is the place for you!
Do you need a therapeutic escape? Watersong Resort may surprise you with its abundant natural flora and fauna. As you arrive at the gatehouse you will feel the harmony that living close to nature brings. Amongst the conservation area, luscious greenery and water conservation areas you will sense the peaceful home environment that awaits you.

Master Bedroom 1: A luxury 4 poster King sized bed sets the scene in this room, complete with flat screen TV with Cable TV and DVD / CD player, clock radio, telephone, ceiling fan and large walk-in closet.
Master Bedroom 2: A luxury 4 poster King size bed. This room boasts a flat screen TV with Cable TV and DVD / CD player, clock radio, ceiling fan and large built-in wardrobe.
Master Bedroom 3: A tropical themed room with luxurious King size bed. The room comes complete with flat screen TV with Cable TV, clock radio, ceiling fan and large built-in wardrobe.
Master Bedroom 4: A luxury King size bed boasts a flat screen TV with Cable TV, clock radio, ceiling fan and large built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 5: The first of the twin bedrooms comes complete with flat screen TV with Cable TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and clock radio.
Bedroom 6: The second of our twin bedrooms also comes complete with flat screen TV with Cable TV, DVD player, clock radio, ceiling fan and large built-in wardrobe.

Master En-suite Bathroom 1: Double vanity unit, an over-sized walk-in shower, garden tub, water closet and hair dryer completes this spacious bathroom.

KITCHEN
A modern kitchen complete with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with built-in ice and chilled water dispenser. Cutlery, crockery, glassware and most of all the bottle opener complete the essentials you will need. Even an i-dock with radio and telephone.
Next to the kitchen is the Nook, an informal dining / breakfast area for 6 people, from here you can even use the patio doors and walk out onto the covered lanai and pool area to have breakfast outdoors in the warm Florida weather.
DINING
In addition to eating in the Nook, just off the kitchen and family room you will find the formal dining room which you can entertain your family or guests around a beautiful table.
LOUNGE
Relax in either the large sofa or 2 chairs and grab a quiet moment to escape in the luxury surroundings that looks out to the pool. This is an open plan room and is an ideal place to sit and watch the 50-inch flat screen TV with Bose 5.1 surround sound system with DVD, CD, Blue-ray / PS3 player complete with a library of DVD’s and PS3 games. A stunning audio experience!
INTERNET
Bring your laptop or iPad and use the workstation with colour printer, scanner and photocopier to your hearts content.
OUTSIDE
Lanai: do you want to enjoy the Florida climate? After all it’s one of the reasons you came here so why not come outside and enjoy the oversized 10 x 40-foot area. We have a dining table to seat 6 with two easy chairs and a sofa!
Pool: needing to cool down and refresh yourself after a long day out or want to get some laps in? Then use our 15 x 30-foot resort style pool with extended deck or use the spa with its additional raised seating. Then lay down on one of the four luxury sun loungers and enjoy some rays with a drink or listen to some music and relax. Each sun lounger has its own drinks table and the pool has a safety fence for children. There is also a hot and cold shower facility outdoors around the pool area.
LAUNDRY
Our facilities also come with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board for your use so pack light and use that extra suitcase space for those days out at the shops.
BABY EQUIPMENT
Highchair and pack and play travel cot for the little ones.
ENTERTAINMENT
For your entertainment we have a games room in the garage. It hosts an air hockey table, dartboard, slate-bed pool table and flat screen TV with Cable. There is a high drinks table with 2 stools for seating and a ceiling fan to keep you cool.

Have Pets? Then please ask and we will let you know if we can accommodate your extra family member.
EXTRA INFORMATION
A spacious 6,700 square foot clubhouse is complete with a cyber café, fitness centre, concierge service and a large inviting gathering room. It is also equipped with many outdoor activities to enjoy fun in the sun including a large pool, picnic area, basketball, children’s playground and volleyball court.
