Calabay Palms Villa is a Privately owned Luxury 5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom, Fully Air-Conditioned, with Games Room, South Facing 33' x 12' Private Pool and Hot Tub. Sleeps 12.

Well presented home from home is a safe community with playground facilities for the smaller children. Located within the immaculate and beautiful landscaped gardens of Calabay Parc set in the pine tree and orange grove Highway 27 approximately a five minute drive south from Highway 192 and north to Interstate 4, 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Calabay Parc is now firmly established and accepted as one of the most desirable communities for those wishing to vacation around the Disney and Orlando areas.

Location:

There is easy access to shops including Public 1 mile, Walmart 3.98 Miles, Walgreens 4.5 miles, Restaurants and Golf choices galore within 5 miles, banks and most importantly, all of the Orlando theme parks and attractions from Calabay Parc. Florida Mall 28 miles and Millenium Mall 27.5 miles.

About three miles north you will find Berry Town Center with a large Publix' Supermarket and a variety of other shops, bars, restaurants and Applebees' a great family restaurant.

Posner Park is at the junction of Highway 27 and Interstate 4 (3.8 miles). Stores include J C Penny, Dicks, Michaels, Best Buy, Target, and loads more. An IMAX Cinema opened late 2015, with 9 screens, large reclining seats, gourmet snacks, wine and beer.

Amway Arena home to Orlando Magic is 32 miles away and takes approximately 1 hour.

Calabay Palms entrance leads in 2800 sq ft of fully air-conditioned luxury living space comprising: A stunning South Facing, Gas Heated 33' x 12' Pool, Basketball and Heated Hot Tub with lights and iPod/Phone connection.

Downstairs Large Master 'Palm' Suite with private access to the lanai and pool. This beautiful spacious room has a Extra Large King size Bed, Flat Screen Cable TV, Telephone, Cot and Ceiling Fan. There is a large walk-in Wardrobe with a key/code safe. There is a large En-Suite with Separate Toilet and His/Hers Sinks, Corner Bath and Separate Shower. The room also has its own secure door to the pool area.

The Family Room is the central feature of Calabay Palms Villa looking out to the pool and lanai with access by a secure alarmed sliding door. The spacious room with high ceilings and windows looks up to a large galleried landing above. The family room has a Large Comfy sofa, Shag Pile Carpets throughout, 55" Flat Screen TV, with Cable, X Box, Playstation 2, DVD player, VHS System, and Free Wireless Internet.

There is a Fully Equipped Kitchen Breakfast Area, with Stainless Steel Appliances, there is a Docking Station. There is also a Formal Dining Room. Separate Laundry Room with Large Washer and Dryer, Ironing Board and Iron, Airer, Travel Cot, Two High Chairs, Baby Bouncer Chair, Stair-gates, Boosters Seats and Two Pushchairs/Strollers.

South Facing Pool/Hot Tub and Seating:

Large extended pool area with beautiful grass area and Palm Tree and Bushes.

The sun screened pool area is very private. With Trees and a privacy screen.

Upstairs:

There is a wide stairwell and large landings overlooking the living area and front door with views outside.

Upstairs each Bedroom has an ample built-in Wardrobe, Chest and Flat screen Televisions. There is a safe in the Second Master Suite.

The Second Master Suite 'Leopard' and the Blue Twin Zebra Room share a Jack 'n' Jill Bathroom with Shower and Toilet. There are plenty of towels and a hairdryer.

Across the landing are two more Twin Bedrooms, Safari and Giraffe with a Seperate Shower and Toilet with towels and a hairdryer.

Games Room and Outside Facilities:

The Fully Air Conditioned 5* Games Room comprises of 8ft Pool Table, Pirates of the Caribbean Pinball Machine, Arcade Machine, Air Hockey Table and Football, and Sporting Ottoman Chairs.

Calabay Parc is one of the most impressive rental areas in Central Florida. Calabay Parc is well maintained with the Mediterranean theme flowing throughout this community. With mature palm trees which greet you at the entrance. Situated amongst the citrus groves of Davenport, Calabay Parc is tranquil, stylish and elegant but at the same time located at the heart of one of the world's most exciting destinations.

Ideally and conveniently located on US Highway 27 between the junction with Interstate Highway 4 and the 192. Local shops and restaurants are only a short drive away as are the major Orlando theme parks, shopping malls and golf courses. Calabay Palms villa provides an ideal base for anybody.

Calabay Parc is very secure with street cameras.

Calabay Parc feature a childrens' playground in Tupelo Circle with a volleyball court, nature trail and wide streets.

Kitchen:
Leading from the Living Room is a Well Equipped Kitchen. The Kitchen facilities allow you to create the most complex of feasts. Offering a Large Stainless Steel Fridge/Freezer with Ice, Large Oven and Cooking Hob, Dishwasher, Blender, Toaster, Electric Whisk, Kettle, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Utensils and bakeware.

Kitchen/Diner
Next to the kitchen is a lovely breakfast area, with views over looking the pool deck, Seating for four. Docking Station, Two highchairs, One Booster Seat.

If you proceed with a booking, I will telephone you and send a booking form. A 10% deposit will be required.

The balance would be due 10 weeks prior to arrival, together with a refundable damages amount of £200/$300 which will be returned 7-10 days after departure.

In the event that a booking is made for travel within 10 weeks the total amount will be due.

Please note when you compare prices - the above rates are inclusive of all taxes (12%) and cleaning. Exchange rates may change and bank charge may incur $35.

Short stays of less than 7 nights or less than minimum required will incur cleaning charge of £100/$135 and taxes of 12%. Long stay discounts of 10% for 21 nights or over.

Return Bookings Discount of 10% on second or subsequent bookings. Only one discount can be given.

Pool heat is optional at £135 / $180 per week with a one week minimum.

All prices are inclusive of local taxes, cleaning and hot tub.

A non-refundable 10% deposit is required plus a completed booking form to secure a booking. Your booking will be held for 7 days until your deposit is received.
